Once translated - always used.

The reuse of translated texts by Translation Memory systems, also known as CAT tools, has been widely accepted in professional translation for some time now. These systems reduced the time taken and the cost of translations at the same time as improving the quality of the translations.

All translations generated using Translation Memory systems are saved in a database. When you come to retranslate a document, concordant segments are inserted when the document is imported and are flagged up to the translator for checking. Similar sentences are flagged up to the translator for adapting.

Additional functions enable the translation to be controlled against a number of criteria. Often Terminology Management systems are also integrated.

We will support you in configuring these systems and will advise you on the introduction of a Translation Memory system, taking into account your specific requirements, your potential to save time and money, as well as cost-benefit considerations.

We look forward to hearing from you!
